CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES

Responsibilities

  • Working from a client brief, you will design content for multiple channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Display ads and Email marketing.
  • Support the Marketing Manager with ad hoc marketing and design tasks internally and for our clients.
  • Support the execution and reporting of marketing campaigns
  • Basic video editing and content creation;
  • Generalist administrative functions and duties as delegated by the Marketing Manager;

About you

  • An individual who is highly passionate about design who can handle a variety of tasks in a fast paced environment;
  • Have skills/ experience in designing for multiple digital platforms including Facebook, Facebook Ads, Instagram and so forth;
  • Knowledge of social media monitoring and analytics tools, including Buffer, Google Analytics, Facebook insights;
  • Excellent communication skills including oral and written;
  • Experience with Adobe Creative suite;
  • Experience with Content Management Systems; like Hubspot or Zoho
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment;
  • Ability to be flexible and assist with ad hoc tasks;

Responsibilities

  • Responding to scheduling and onboarding requirements and changes as necessary
  • Liaising with clients and marketing team to plan and implement deliverables to meet client requirements
  • Preparing files for approval by the client and communicating responses
  • Providing administrative and operational support to the marketing team as necessary
  • Providing information to clients, or prospective clients
  • Undertaking other tasks assigned to the Client Services division, including reception duties
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, consultants and other key stakeholders

About you

  • Demonstrated the ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated the ability to work independently and within a group environment
  • A personal approach which is positive, enthusiastic, friendly and helpful
  • Strong prioritisation skills while maintaining a flexibility to operate in an environment of change
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint)
  • Experience in medical, health or insurance desired but not essential

The Opportunity 

  • Write high quality and engaging social media captions, understanding the brand’s tone and objectives.
  • Scheduling content using internal platforms.
  • Researching and using appropriate hashtags to optimise all social media content
  • Writing eDM copy and A/B testing
  • Working with Marketing Executive to gain hands-on experience creating content calendars
